This time’s illustration came to me while I was lying down, wondering what to draw.
At first, it’s just a simple little doodle like this.
When an idea pops into my head, I scribble it down somewhere – on paper, on my phone, anywhere works for me!
Second,
this is where I start drawing on my PC. I use an app called Clip Studio Paint.
Even if I make mistakes, I just go with the flow and sketch out the rough lines!
Third,
I finish Grim first, since he’s the main focus.
The other players are drawn in a separate file, a bit larger, and I place them once I’ve decided on the layout.
I pick the players based on the recent starting line-up and the ones who’ve been performing well!
Finally,
as I arrange the players and the text, I start polishing the design and adding details to each character.
I also adjust the colours and overall balance at this stage!
